The book(s) for this week: A non-fiction break. I'm reading You On A Diet by Michael Roizen and Mehmet Oz. Set up kind of like the "for Dummies" books, an easy read. Also reading: Mindless Eating by Brian Wansink. This one's fascinating. Things like why people develop preferences for certain foods and aversions toward others, how kids are fooled into eating veggies and adults are fooled out of eating candy, and how we, of course, eat more than we think we do. It kind of turned into a diet book at the end, I had thought it was more of a sociological thing. But still good.
